This went on for a couple years a long time ago when I was 15 and 16..I lived in a group foster home at the time where there were 3 other girls and 2 boys. all younger than me. The girls were between 10 and 14 years old and the 2 boys Aaron was 12 and Matt 11 when it first began. For some reason both foster parents seemed to hate the boys and treated us girls much better. The house was on a 10 acre piece of ground about a 20 minute ride from El Paso. The only neighbor kids close by were Courtney who was 13 and Jordan who was 9. I had only gotten there a few days earlier and was petrified when outside the back of the house Mrs. G the foster mom made both Aaron and Matt strip naked and use an out door shower with no privacy. It was only a shower head coming out of the back of the house. Evidently the boys were being punished for something and aside from me Anna and Rachael were watching. To make matters worse when they finished washing themselves Mrs. G squirted them with a hose and made them bend over and hold there legs apart. My first fear was that they did this to the girls but that never ever happened. As this was going on Mrs. G insisted we stay and watch and the boys deserved no respect deserved to be humiliated. Her husband was just as bad as her but not home as often. If he was the slightest bit mad at the boys he would make them undress right in the house and stand naked in a corner for an hour or more at times.

I was honestly afraid of both of those people and had to live there 2 months shy of 2 years. The boys were also spanked frequently and forced to shower outside often in front of the girls and I and there were times Courtney saw them naked also. This all went on in 1989 and 1990 and its was a disgrace how they treated the boys. I hope foster homes are more protective now than they were during those years. Aaron and Matt were sometimes exposed to us where their genitals and anal area was more like a display. These people had to do this out of hatred and malice causing the boys the most embarrassing time of their lives. I don't know whatever happened with them but they have t be better off once they left that nightmare.
